      Project

With its 500 state-of-the-art workspaces, "B-One"–the name of the new Berlin Hyp headquarters–consolidates corporate locations and represents cooperation. With their design, C.F. Møller Architects have created a striking, urban gateway into the western city center. Accordingly, our lighting concept gives special consideration to external effects.
C.F. Møller cooperated by designing the interior architecture in such a way that we were able to integrate all aspects of our lighting design particularly well. The flexible floor plans for offices, private spaces and conference areas, such as the multi-level "town hall" and the outdoor spaces on each floor, also harmonize in regard to light. Digital components for climate and light are part of our concept, and sensors are also integrated into the office lights.
With B-One a holistic environmental and resource-saving concept has been put in place. It is one of the first projects in which BIM was applied from start to finish.
