The high-rise building on Europaplatz is directly opposite Berlin's Main-Station. The lighting design was developed and detailed in close consultation with the user KPMG. We planned the façade lighting as well as the special areas. For the foyers and the adjacent restaurant, we developed pendant luminaires that can be adjusted in intensity and light colour. The continuous arrangement connects the ground floor and avoids a visual separation of the foyer from the restaurant.
Precise wallwashers are used in the foyer and lift lobby to blend in the important walls.
Conference areas are individually and variedly lit. The rooftop bar with its black ceiling and tiny spotlights offers a reflection-free view of Berlin at night.

A new landmark for Frankfurt: ONE.
Light seems to rain down on the façade. A subtle, dynamic control system lets the light drip down the façade. Slow and calm in its lighting effect; yet spectacular for the effect of the building at night.
