The Palazzo Versace hotel consists of luxury suites located in the Culture Village on Dubai Creek. The two hotel wings, Ala Destra and Ala Sinistra, offer 169 luxury suites with up to six bedrooms. The designer palace opened its doors in December 2015. Kardorff Engineers interpreted Italian flair with an artful facade lighting and excellent lighting technology. The atmospheric lighting design also shapes all areas of the hotel interior as well as the hotel’s gardens, pool and spa.

The D1 Tower is located in the immediate vicinity of the Palazzo Versace hotel on Dubai Creek. The 80-story high-rise includes condominiums with a wellness area, business center, restaurants and reception lounge.
