With the new Bürgerpark and the
civic center, a contemporary cultural setting has been created for Reutlingen
at the entrance to the medieval city. Following the main objectives of carving
out visual axes, marking pathways, and preserving natural space, the new
lighting strengthens the functions and evening atmosphere of this important
urban space.

The two 18-storey twin towers are separated from each other by a public square.  It is planned to place 18 meter-high sculptures by Markus Lüpertz on the roofs.

The condominiums have been designed according to a high standard and are located directly on the promenade at Hörsterplatz. Ranging from the spa all the way to the underground parking areas, only high-quality lighting fixtures have been used.

The Heinrich Heine Gardens in the Heerdt district were planned as an exclusive urban quarter with its own identity and forward-looking safety and service standards.

On the former site of the Ludwig-Maximilian University between the Sophienstrasse and Karlstrasse, an architectural ensemble was constructed consisting of a luxury hotel, two office buildings, and high-class apartments. Kardorff Ingenieure designed the lighting for the entire grounds and all publicly accessible interior spaces, entrances, and underground parking areas.
